Ok, first thing is that I will end up making someone mad. Why? Because this blog is about what I think of the THEORY of evolution. Secondly, we need to NOT speak phenomenologically here and understand the difference between microevelution and macroevolution. 1) Microevolution describes the small changes that occur naturally within organisms that help that organism adapt (in a limited extent as in NOT to change species) to it's environment. This is NOT a theory because we observe microevolution on a daily basis. For instance: humans have developed a greater height over the last century. 2) Macroevolution is what is normally called evolution. I will call macroevolution: evolution from this point forward as to simplify things.

It has bothered me lately that people get SO OFFENDED when even the slightest notion of creationism is introduced. Firstly, let me say that there is PLENTY of evidence FOR creationism. The MAIN reason why the theory of creationism is not taught in schools is the misrepresentation of separation of church and state. The STATE says that there can be no religion in schools. Since when does creationism imply a religion? IT DOESN'T!!!!! It implies a "creator", womever or whatever that may or may not be. Also, the state's application of this matter means that THE STATE IS NOT SEPARATING ITSELF FROM RELIGION. It is RULING on it!!! Secondly, the true scientific protocol states that ALL MATTERS AND THEORIES must be investigated in a controlled manner in order to come up with a feasible explanation. Why then does science ASSUME that the THEORY of evolution is FACT when no one has DISPROVEN the theory of creationism yet??? This makes completely NO SENSE.

I read in an article on Yahoo! where a person was complaining about how the Scopes trial was over and how it was "embarrassing" that some people in Georgia still wanted creationism taught in schools. What is so embarrassing about examining ALL THE THEORIES??? This IS the way that true science is supposed to work. Frankly, I am embarrassed that people who claim to be educated also dismiss the theory of creationism so quickly. I guess evolution is just too mainstream to paddle against, huh?

There are plenty of evidences out there that support creationism. You can argue all you want, but the fact remains that creationism hasn't been disproven AND there is supportive, corroberative, evidence for it. Quite frankly, I am not going to go into the evidence at this point because of the massive amount of it. All you have to do is look for it. When you look for it, you will find that alot of HIGHLY educated people DO believe in creationism and DO submit evidence for mulling.

My final thought is pretty hard line on this. It is: I truly believe that people WANT to be separated from God. Yep, I said it. In order to clean your conscience, you must believe that what you do is right OR that it is someone ELSE'S fault. Putting ourselves above God does both of those things. It says we are right in everything we think because we are the rulers of everything. Thoughts, ideals, and truths are all based in the relativity of personal oppinion and have no foundation in any standard. It says that it is someone else's fault because we have no one to be accountable to except ourselves. So if we say we didn't do it, then to us we really didn't do it (even though that is a LIE). This unwillingness to be held accountable and self-righteousness is all based in ego. I.E. "I cannot accept God's way, so I will choose MY way. (the perceived 'better' way)" Any two bit trickery would state that I contradict myself by claiming that I am right (more self-righteous) over those who I say are "self-righteous." But, there is a SERIOUS flaw in this reasoning. The flaw is that you can assume that I am following my OWN ideals when in fact I choose to follow a standardized set of ideals laid down by God whether I "like" them or not.

Yes, I make mistakes. I make BIG mistakes. BUT, I will admit when I make them (eventually) and do all I can to hold steadfast to the ideals that I choose to stand on. I AM accountable. I AM truthful. I AM UNDER God. And, I AM fallible. Will YOU accept responsibility? Will YOU accept a standardized set of logical reasoning ideals whether or not you always like them? Will YOU choose to look at ALL THE EVIDENCE?

Thanks........................ Your buddy in Christ, Jon
